The emergence of cranes has made us a lot easier when we are building houses, and it also allows people to reduce some of their burdens when working. Therefore, all kinds of cranes can be seen on construction sites now, because now Zhejiang crane manufacturers There are many. In the production of cranes, various products will be continuously produced. Jinhua electric single-beam bridge cranes, electric double-beam bridge cranes, electric hoist double-beam suspension bridge cranes and other cranes are now many Will be used on the construction site. But we also know that under such high-intensity work, the equipment will appear some wear and tear. The following Zhejiang crane manufacturer will talk about the analysis of the reasons for the damage of the electric hoist transmission gear.

1. If there is wear caused by impurities in the lubricant, it is generally called abrasive wear. This kind of wear often has deep scraping tracks on the tooth tops and roots, which are perpendicular to the pitch line and parallel to each other. After the scratching occurs, the oil temperature in the reducer rises, and the gear transmission produces sharp noise. At this time, the lubricant must be replaced.

2. Due to the deviation of the tooth profile and the excessive deviation of the installation center distance, it may cause excessive extrusion of the tooth tip edge of the gear pair and the transition curve of the tooth root, which will cause severe wear on the fillet of the tooth root. Due to the overload of the electric hoist, the tooth root of the driving wheel or the tooth top of the driven wheel is often worn out by a very thin layer.

After the gears of the hoisting mechanism reducer are worn, the tooth thickness should not be less than the original tooth thickness. For the gears of the running mechanism, the tooth thickness should not be less than the original tooth thickness. If the gear exceeds the standard, a new gear should be replaced. The wear of the tooth thickness of the electric hoist can be checked by measuring the thickness of the indexing circle tooth with a measuring caliper.

Therefore, no matter what kind of crane it is, some damage will appear after working for a period of time. This is unavoidable, but this degree can be reduced and the wear rate can be delayed. Therefore, the above mentioned will be There is a reason for this phenomenon, and the problem can be solved by knowing the reason.
